The world's highest
yielding property market.
Zero income tax.
Dubai delivers what most markets cannot, high yield and no tax.
Dubai has become the most sought-after destination for internationally minded property investors over the past decade. The combination of rental yields that consistently outperform European and North American markets, zero income tax on rental returns, and zero capital gains tax on disposal makes it a leading global market for investors seeking high net returns. Coupled with a legal framework that has matured considerably since the mid-2000s, Dubai represents one of the strongest growth and income opportunities within the Brithomes portfolio.
For investors holding capital in volatile local currencies, Dubai adds a further dimension — the AED is pegged to the USD at a fixed rate, providing indirect exposure to one of the world’s most stable reserve currencies from the moment you acquire.
Why Dubai works as an investment market.
Dubai’s residential property market is driven by genuine fundamentals. Population growth of over 100,000 residents annually. A global business hub attracting high-earning professionals from over 200 nationalities. A government actively investing in infrastructure, connectivity, and long-term economic diversification. Supply of quality residential stock continues to be absorbed by a tenant pool that grows every year.

A market built for international investors.
Dubai’s property market is one of the most internationally accessible in the world. Foreign nationals can hold freehold ownership in designated freehold zones — which cover the majority of Dubai’s prime residential districts. The transaction process is regulated by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and the Dubai Land Department, providing a transparent and enforceable legal framework for overseas buyers.
There is no requirement to reside in the UAE to own property. No restrictions on repatriating rental income. No annual property tax. The operational simplicity of owning a Dubai property — combined with the yield it generates — is what draws investors from over 100 countries to the market every year.
We manage the search, the acquisition, and the asset.
Brithomes operates across the full Dubai investment lifecycle. We source on-market and off-market stock, manage the acquisition process, and provide full property management after completion. You do not need to travel to Dubai to search, view, negotiate, or complete a purchase.
We review your investment goals, yield targets, budget, and timeline. We recommend specific districts, property types, and whether completed or off-plan stock best suits your objectives.
We source qualifying properties matched to your brief — including off-market stock and preferred pricing on new developer launches not available to the open market.
We assess every property against yield potential, capital growth outlook, developer track record (for off-plan), and management suitability before presenting it to you.
We support the full purchase process. MOU preparation, deposit management, No Objection Certificate, Dubai Land Department registration, and title deed issuance — all handled by our team and coordinated with solicitors on the ground in Dubai.
After completion we manage your Dubai property in full. Tenant sourcing, Ejari registration, rent collection, maintenance, RERA compliance. Your asset earns. We run it.
Built for investors who want their capital working harder.
Our UAE service suits investors who want high rental yields, USD-pegged income, and zero local tax on returns — and who want a professional team managing their asset on the ground in Dubai.
The yield investor — focused on maximising rental income in a tax-free environment. Dubai consistently outperforms European markets on gross and net yield.
The diversification investor — focused on adding USD-pegged exposure to a portfolio concentrated in EUR or GBP denominated assets.
The off-plan investor — focused on capital appreciation between purchase and completion. Dubai’s development pipeline offers structured payment plans and significant upside in a rising market.
The portfolio investor — already invested in the UK or Europe, adding Dubai as a high-yield complement to a more conservative anchor position.
We work with clients across the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, Canada, and the USA.
Let us show you why.

What investors typically ask us.
Do I need to visit Dubai to buy a property?
No. Brithomes manages the full acquisition process on your behalf. We conduct detailed video walkthroughs, prepare all documentation, and coordinate legal completion — so you can acquire a Dubai property without travelling.
Can I repatriate my rental income freely?
Yes. There are no restrictions on transferring rental income out of the UAE. Your returns are transferred to you in full on a fixed schedule.
What is the DLD transfer fee?
The Dubai Land Department charges a 4% transfer fee on the purchase price at the point of acquisition. This is the primary transactional cost in Dubai and should be factored into your acquisition budget from the outset.
Is off-plan property safe for international investors?
Off-plan carries construction risk — the primary mitigation is selecting established developers with a proven delivery record. Brithomes only presents off-plan opportunities from developers we have vetted and worked with directly.
Do I need to be a UAE resident to own property?
No. International buyers can hold freehold property in designated zones without UAE residency. Owning property in Dubai does not automatically confer residency rights, though Dubai does offer a separate property investor visa for qualifying purchases above AED 750,000.
What happens if I want to sell?
Dubai has an active and liquid resale market. We can advise on exit timing and manage the resale process on your behalf when you are ready to dispose of the asset.
